The ship is old which made for long buffet lines. The breakfast line always had 30 to 40 people waiting. Food was cold for breakfast. NEVER AGAIN ON THE MAGIC!

not enough lounge chairs. So maky kids there was no room for adults in the pool. Aging no one picks up used glasses around the pool or theater areas. Beer and sode cans rollong around the deck

Layout was good bus small for the amout of people. Again, no one oicks up. We did deal or no deal at 7:00. We went to the shows at 10:00 and deal or no deal papers and drinks still on the tables and floors. Someone dropped 2 pieces of watermelon and a fork on the floor. After a few minutes I tracked down a guy with a broom and dust pan and brought it to his attention. He swepted up yje melon and left the fork for someone to step on. There was no pride fromm the employees for the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Steward was good, friendly. TV left alot to be desired. Bathroom toilet smelled real bad when you lifted the toilet top.
To far from an airport, we willnot use this port again. No morning service to Orlando, we had to buy a hotel room and shuttle. It added $350.00 to our trip
I’m sorry that you had a bad experience on your cruise. Cruising during Spring Break or other times when schools are out does seem to make it busier and more hectic. I hope your next cruise or vacation event will be more enjoyable for you. We enjoyed our May 2022 cruise on Magic so much that we booked the same cruise again for this year. Appreciate your details. Cruising during Spring Break (Match/April) will make the likelihood of crowds greater. Just think the crew has dealt with this for weeks. It doesn’t forgive the poor service regarding picking up after each program. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations.
