Review summary

The cruise was horrible, guest service disaster, ship was dirty, there wasn’t hand sanitizer everywhere. Food was bad. Cabin Steward just fixed our bad and changed linens at embarkation. So many drunk people on the ship with bad behavior. Horrible cruise.

They won’t tell you by media that someone is dying on cruise ship I met people who saw it also they won’t tell you that people are highly intoxicated. I spoke to someone from Carnival Magic crew that on this particular ship there was a fight approximately at 3.30 am and 70 people were fighting like crazy and got arrested by immigration. Carnival Magic needs closer attention of higher management.

Yes definitely we will fly to different City what surprise me that Cruise Director and staff didn’t do anything with this intoxicated people. It was just insane.

We had the same exact experience but only one person died and lots and lots of drugs. Never again out of New York!!! Always Florida or Galveston. I am sorry that your “vacation” was just as bad as ours! Try again different city!!!

Thank you guys for kind words. I love Carnival Cruise Line. We are trying to enjoy ourselves. It was so hard because people were highly intoxicated, 2 individuals died, food was crappy and overall service was very poor. We loved Islands and Mongolian Wok. I especially my Hubby. We met lot of nice people. For sure next cruise will be more awesome. What really surprised me that Carnival never get back to us regarding issues which we experienced on this Ship.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience on your cruise. Some people can’t enjoy themselves if they can’t drink to excess but many cruisers are fun loving, friendly and have a positive attitude. We have enjoyed all 8 of our various cruises and it looks like you have also been on some great cruises in the past. Although you can’t control how some other people choose to act I do hope that your next cruise experience is much more enjoyable for you.
