Quite a different expereince than the last time; overall it was still a good vacation but the options, quality and service have certainly gone down.

we had priority boarding so it was realtively smooth

There was no Dr Seuss parade which kids were looking forward to or character interactions or captain interactions

Service and Staff

Service has definitely gone down and staff was not as friendly with the exception of a few who were really good.

Children’s program cutbacks have been noted on the website for for some time now. Wonder why the Magic’s staff is so much poorer than the Panorama’s (October and March) staff?
