I 100% agree about the Norfolk cruise terminal. Me and my fam waited in the massive line for a good 3 hours when getting on and about 5 hours getting off. I’d honestly be surprised if this port could handle a decent size pontoon 😅

Don't forget, this is the largest ship to sail out of that port. It will take time to work the process out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your cruise with us. Sorry it wasn't a grat cruise. Chalk it up to renewed growing pains of the cruise line. The Magic is really a great ship.
