Review summary

Cruise was very organized with little wait time anywhere. Must make reservations using your phone for all dining room reservations. It took some getting used to but always went smooth food was excellent in the buffet but poor in the dining rooms

Ships main dining room was below par had to send back lobster tail which smelled and looked old and dad did not even take a bite. Vegetables especially broccoli was over cooked and had to use a knife to cut it. The buffets were excellent food cooked perfectly and a good assortment. Off hour food was readily available and delish. Did not use specialty restaurants.

Room Stewart actually threw things out that were not in the garbage we lost two of our small toothpaste that were not quite done we just had enough for the cruise and then there was none available for purchase on the ship just to say they need to add that as well as toothbrushes into the stores.

Appreciate your feedback. Sadly you get either turndown service OR morning cleaning. I will miss the turndown service. Glad you enjoyed your cruise in spite of it.
