It was everything we expected and more. Thank you Carnival for the most amazing vacation.
Embarkation

Fast, even having to fill out a form for illness. Less than 15 min.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Dining room for breakfast, brunch and dinner was amazing. Mongolian Wok was fabulous. Lunch at Cuchina Del Capitano was great, small fee for dinner. Only 15 dollars. Guys was wonderful as always, Pig and Anchor was great too.
The pizza was horrible. Buffet was boring , bland and not much offered. But with all the other areas to eat I really didnt care.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
There is definitely something for everyone. We used the cloud 9 relaxation area and it was really nice. It came with our room. The Serenity deck was a bit confusing to find. We wanted to play mini golf but the week was extremely windy so we didnt go up there.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
AMAZING!!! shows very well put together, and energetic. The Violin trio in the Atrium I watched everyday. They were amazing. They took requests too. Simon...good heavens he is a wonderful CD. He has such a kind soul, and huge heart. He not only raises money for St Jude on board but does it while home too.
The Caribbean music was infectious, cant help but love it, the steel drummer was really good.
Service and Staff

All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. I saw a woman in a scooter at the buffet. She was having difficulty with reaching the food. A worker who was out cleaning tables washed her hands and went over help her. She carried the womans plate, the lady told her what she wanted and then she carried it over to where she wanted to sit. Made sure she was taken care of then went back to doing her job. I wish I had gotten her name for the survey.
Our room Steward Made, was very attentive to our needs. My husband had 2 days he was not feeling well. Made asked if we needed anything at all. Room was always clean and tidy.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Cleanest ship we have been on. Although every Carnival ship is very clean.
The layout was fun, artwork on the walls was interesting. The only thing I dont like is there is only one area to get water. We refill insulated tumblers, and we dont get cheers or bubbles.
I never saw plates of food or filth in the elevators, or hallways.
Cabin / Stateroom

Inside cabin. Temperatures in the room were easily regulated. Plenty of room and closet and drawer space
Ship tip
Look online for the deck plans so you have an idea of where things are. We got turned around at times. But sometimes that's a fun thing! An adventure. Just go and have a good time. The HUB app was a godsend.
No need for excursion. Everything is right in port. Restaurant, pool, zip line, sky bar and a fairly new place to eat called the Beached Whale. Near the beach and outside seating with canopy covers. Recommend.
We could have easily had a noon flight and made it. In all our cruises this was by far the most organized and smooth debarkation we have had. Getting through customs maybe took 30 min. Easy to get a Taxi or Lyft. Which is much cheaper than the shuttle.
