Very smooth embarkation. Flew in the day before, stayed at hotel close to port.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale on 18th avenue. You can catch a free shuttle to the Rustic Inn Crabhouse for a nice dinner. Would stay at the same place again, they offer $20 per person drop off at port and pick up back to airport after, not to mention free pick up when you fly in.

Can you share which hotel you stayed at, and if you'd stay there again? Coming up on our first trip out of Port Everglades. Always nice to get real info!
