I would give 10 stars to the main dining room and staff! A huge shout out to Dale and Ma! They were the absolutely best! I give 4 stars because of the specialty dining. It was not worth the extra money or time.

Onboard Activities

Could not find chairs on the Lido deck. Pool was way too crowded to even think about trying. My daughter loved the gym. Deck 5 is less crowded and has several hot tubs. Try this deck instead.

Entertainment

I was not really impressed on the stage shows. Flick is the strangest show I have ever seen. Should have more times for the Comedy shows maybe even add some during the day on sea days. When we were able to actually get a seat we had a great time!

Service and Staff

We couldn't have asked for a better room steward! Ketut was awesome! He kept our room spotless. He always had a huge smile on his face. Every time he saw us he greeted us by our names and asked us how our day was and if we needed anything! The same goes for Dale and Ma in the main dining room! Always huge smiles. Whenever they saw us around the ship we were greeted by name and asked about our day. They made our dining room experience wonderful! Now for the bar service! Terrible! I did not come across 1 friendly bartender. During the balloon drop on the last night I had a lobby bartender actually huff and roll his eyes at me when I ordered a drink. Just a thought.... but maybe if the Gratuities wasn't automatically added to the drink there would be better service in this department. If I get good service I will be happy to tip over and beyond!

Where was always someone cleaning and working on the ship. At one port they were actually painting the outside of the ship!

We loved our room! Great location and the balcony was worth every penny! Room was spotless we had everything we needed.
