Embarkation

The overall embarkation process was qui k and efficient. I gave it 4 stars because the ship was delayed coming from Miamiand we did not get on the ship until 5pm.

Food and Dining

My guilty pleasure on the Magic cruise ship was the Guy Fieri burger stand! One of the best burgers I have had the pleasure of earing... and I have eaten a lot of burgers. My wife's "go to" is the signature chocolate cake, one of the reasons we keep choosing Carnival for our cruising. The dinner staff in the main dining area are always very accommodating and make the experience fun. They even surprised my wife and I on our wedding anniversary with a small cake and their rendition of "Happy Anniversary".
Onboard Activities

The Spa is always one of our favorite spots on the ship. From the therapy pool to the aroma sauna to the hot tile lounge chairs...so relaxing and away from all the noise and crowds in other areas of the ship.
Entertainment

The singers and dancers were all great great! I liked the new Rock Show that features real musicians playing the songs...made it feel like a true rock concert.
Children's Programs
We brought no children with us

Definitely recommend a balcony room...your own private vistas anytime you want them! The spa room is a also a definite must. We appreciated and took full advantage of the complimentary amenities and spa access that comes with a spa suite.
One of our favorite islands...becuase it is a private island, there are no local sales people consistantly hounding you to buy something. The beach has amazing white sand and the signature clear waters you are looking for.
