I won't cruise on Carnival again. I feel like other cruise lines spoil their guests allot more. If I hadn't cruised on other lines first it would have been fine I guess but I like the attention other lines pay their guests.

Food and service in the dining rooms was awesome. The buffet was very lacking in choices and help was lousy.

Other then the dining room staff (who were awesome) no one else stood out. Bar crew acted like they wanted nothing to do with us because we weren't getting alcohol. The only thing I really asked of my room steward was to get ice twice a day and I never got it more then once the whole cruise.
Ship Quality

I loved the ship decor, it looked really nice. It was impressive. I wish they made the pools and spa more handicap accessible. I have bad knees there is no way a person like me can go up and down ladders and steep steps.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room seemed nice with the two part bathroom but the two beds only had about 4 inches between them and about 6 inches between the wall with the window and bed. If it was for a couple and the beds were together maybe there would have been a little more space but with 4 adult women it was too close for comfort. I had the bed by the window but it was kind of claustrophobic in that corner.
I agree with the comments about the bar tenders. We had bubbles package once not again I will carry on! My room steward on the breeze in March was slack as well
Furthermore your profile only shows 2 cruise one with Carnival and with NCL, which was your first cruise and most people on their first cruise will always rate it higher than their 2nd and 3rd. Which normally don't even come close to the first cruise.
I have sailed 5 times with Carnival and only experience great times and the staff have been great. Now there have been times that some may have been friendly than others, but never to the point that I felt the way you are saying. Now the other cruise lines might be better, but it's not because you are special it's do to you paying extra for that attention and in most cases a lot extra. It's your vacation enjoy it and if you're with someone special, they are the ones who you should be worried about spoiling and making them feel great.
Can you give an example or two? I’m about to sail for the third time with Royal Caribbean and I’ve been hooked lol. I don’t know if I ever want to go back to them after I sail a family cruise in August.
