Review summary

This was probably the worst cruise I have ever been on with carnival. And it was the first time for my two oldest kids 10 and 14....I have been on 7 cruises including this one all with carnival and I’ve never been disappointed until this one. The only good thing was our dining room servers Zoran,Adrian, and lazar. They were really the only good part of the trip. The excursions for what we paid for for four people was extremely disorganized and chaotic. Getting on the ship was absolutely ridiculous. The refunding 50 bucks per person was not good enough. Room stewards weren’t that great. Lines everywhere, lack of communication or poor communication for getting on and off for the islands with tenders. The 24 hour room service really wasn’t great, too many things have changed and I’m not sure we will cruise with carnival on our next cruise or not. nothing but a big disappointment all around.

After over 60 cruises with carnival , I will have to agree that the food seems to. Be going downhill , and the need more help with room service , staterooms , and main dinning rooms

It's obvious you let the terrible embarkation sour your attitude for the whole cruise. Too bad you couldn't get past it. What compensation would have been enough? You still got your cruise. Maybe you expected a complete refund. Smdh

What went with your cabin stewards? We had never encountered any problems. Maybe because we never leave anything out sight. Even shoes are put away. They are there to make our bed and keep bathroom clean.
