It’s a dirty and old ship that screams for a make over. The darkness and low ceilings do not help at all. I’m glad I had the drink package since I couldn’t have survived this trip without it. I will never ever sail on Carneval again.
Cabin / Stateroom

I let them pick the cabin since I did not care where I sleep. The reason for this low rating is the wear and tear of the interior, the dust and dirt, the damaged furniture and soiled couch and nearly no outlets to charge anything.
Ship tip
If you really have to go on a Carneval cruise do not pick this old dirty ship. Spend a little more money and get what you pay for and expect.
The tender took forever but was ok. The island is great for beach lovers (but no comparison to Royal Caribbean’s Perfect Day at Coco Cay). The food was even worse than on the ship.
Please 20 plus months to write a review. The drink package must have just clouded your memory. Since you just recovered from it, at least that worked. Give us a break and be real.
