Overall a great family vacation. Everyone really enjoyed it!
Embarkation

a little chaotic figuring out where to go after getting out of the taxi, but otherwise great
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Service was great, especially in Main dining. Shout out to the team on table 383! All the food was good, very tasty and freshly made, certainly above average! Diamonds Steakhouse was good - mushroom appetiser was delicious, but far too hot. I asked our waitstaff to warn future customers - I burned the roof of my mouth, had a blister!
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Mini golf is fun, but super windy, the ball kept blowing away. Mid-ship pool was busy most of the time we went. Cooler water would be great! Kids tried the water slide a couple of times but decided the deck between the bottom and top was too hot for bare feet. Serenity deck was a great get-away!
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Enjoyed the musical shows the most. Great team, wish they were on stage more often! Bingo with Emoji was great, he's a really fun host. Trivia with Krish was fun too, we participated in several contests. Franco made everything he was in entertaining. He's a great cruise director.
Children's Programs
2 out of 5
13 and 17 year olds both went to check out their separate clubs. They did not find many kids there and left a short time later. They felt awkward, as teens often do.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Cabin steward Wayan was always smiling, always friendly and above all, always helpful! Thank you! Main Dining team for table 383 were great, we felt like family! Shout out to Lufuno on guest services for her thoughtfulnes, and to Sherwan from Essy for his service with a smile!
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
All good, just with there were a way to walk past the Casino without walking through it! Keep the smoke contained!
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Comfort and cleanliness were excellent. Size was a bit cramped with the sofa bed/bunk combo - it takes up a lot of floor space. Would be better if the upper bunk were a pullman.
Ship tip
Swim early in the day when it is less crowded and cooler. For a balcony cabin, the aft balconies are too hot with no breeze most of the day.
Wish the crew had told us it was a public holiday on August 1st. We would have opted for a beach day there instead of trying to walk around the city and sight see - everything was CLOSED!
