Review summary

The staff at guest services were clueless I paid for internet services for all 3 of us only 2 devices connected and they refused to give me a refund. The bar staff were rude and the ship food was disgusting!

Rooms are extremely small but Christopher our room attendant was a joy the best part of our stay! He ensured we were okay, he made my daughter feel so special for her bday. Little towel animals just simple gestures of kindness, cleanliness and smiles. We Thank HIM so much for his kindness. The pool bar staff can def learn a thing from him.

Been on 3 different Carnival cruise ships - 3 different cruise locations. Can't believe you were bored unless you sat in your stateroom, shut the blinds if you had an outside view, and never turned on the TV/monitor. What happened to the standard hot tub/pools, track for walking, miniature golf, daily trivia contests, outside movie - and the list goes on 😄

Wow, 99% negative review. Perhaps cruising is not for you. Next summer, rent an RV and see if land travel is more your style. We sailed on Liberty in 2019. No complaints about the ship. Nassau was interesting but not my favorite port of call.

Nothing to do on a cruise?! You seem very hard to please. I feel for Christopher who must've worked extra hard to have you leave him a good review. I bet he was glad when that sailing was over lol

Another person who watched Love Boat and can’t figure out the difference between reality and TV? Plus did not read the fine print? I am curious about why they only had two internet lines. As I recall, Carnival charges per person so each person should have had their own connection.

I was sailing with the Liberty a long time ago, so I cannot say anything about the food or the staff nowadays. BUT; the size of their cabins is pretty much the same as on every other cruiseline I have been sailing with. Don’t compare the size of a cruiseships cabin with a hotel room on land.

From my experience, Cruise Internet Packages are Per Device, not Per Person. They typically apply to all passengers in the stateroom. I only sailed on Celebrity, NCL, & Cunard (did not buy it for Cunard); that was how they all did it.

Refunds are always only given in accordance to the Passenger/Cruise Contract, which you should have read before you took the cruise. It's always silly to me when people ask for refunds for things that are clearly not eligible for a refund.

Try another cruise line or choose land based trips. I was not on your cruise but all cruises have fun things to do.
