This was okay for a quick weekend getaway if you don’t have high expectations. If you’re going for the whole cruise experience choose a different cruise line.

Carnival has gone way down hill with their dining experience since my last cruise 10 years ago. I was Very disappointed with the menu selection in the main dining room. They host were understaffed and often sending us away to make our own way outside the restaurant to a different level rather than escorting us up or down the stairs within the restaurant.

Onboard Activities

The pools were constantly overcrowded, and there were often kids in the adult only areas. The serenity hot tubs on deck are very nice with a great view.

Entertainment

The rock show was wonderful and the performers were very talented. One of 2 comedians was really good. The piano bar was nice.

The staff was pleasant but not as attentive as previous carnival cruises.

Appreciate your detailed feedback. Things have changed dramatically in 10 years. The Covid shutdown also did some major cutbacks. Cruising isn’t quite what it once was, so we just need to decide is it a worthwhile vacation. Sorry you were so disappointed.
