Been on other cruises but this was the worst. Guest services on the ship refused to give any kind of refund.

Food was just OK. No sodas juice or water anywhere. Had to pay extra.

My kids enjoyed the pools ND hottub but they were rusty and loled old.

The staff couldn't tell us where the kids clubs were. We were lied to several times so we gave up. My 14yr old and 9yr old just stayed with us the entire time.

Carpet was filthy the bunkers had fingerprint marks and dust on them. Everything in the room was old and dated.

Don't do it pick another ship that is newer.

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

Purchased those blue beach shells to sit in and there were none available. They over booked them. It also rained the entire time. And the beach water was full of hard white jagged rocks that made the water worthless.

The lines were super long and I had to exit with my family in a hour long line because I had a passport so I waited outside for them for a hour.

We were there on 5-8-2023. Had the exact opposite experience. Take all these reviews with a grain of salt.

Been on the Liberty a couple of times and have nothing but great things to say about the ship and staff. I highly doubt that it was as bad as you made it out to be.

Wonder if this is a post Covid dump or some other issue? I like folks that claim the alcohol is “watered down”. Don’t they even take the time to watch their drinks being made? I highly doubt that they pour off the bottle and put water back in. Reminds me of a party I was at one time, someone complained the mixed drinks were weak, and it was true. They made them to the recipe, without the overflowing jigger that many do. All depends on what you are accustomed to.
