Review summary

If my stateroom air conditioning was working properly I would give all 5 stars. This was definitely a great experience and would definitely do again!

I rated this because I had to complain daily of my room being extremely cold and uncomfortable. The air was broken which kept it extremely cold and uncomfortable. This issue was still not fixed on the last day.

Luh was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. My air conditioning was broken and she did absolutely everything that she could do for us. Even though the air issues wasn’t her fault, she still went over and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

My cabin was extremely clean. My stay was very uncomfortable due to the air conditioning being broken, which made it extremely cold. It was so uncomfortable that I had to sleep in another family’s member room that was there on the trip as well. Even with the patio door open still made it uncomfortable and very very cold to stand.

Ship tip

I would definitely recommend getting walkie talkies, especially if you’re in a group to keep up with everyone. My fiancé purchased 10 walkie talkies from Amazon and I must say, this was brilliant! It allowed us to keep up with everyone, especially the children on such a big ship!!!

Appreciate your details. Usually the AC is broken and it’s too hot. Sorry you had this issue (I’d not like it either). Glad you enjoyed your the rest of the cruise with your family.
