Next time I will be booking with another cruise line. Someone else had mentioned they will not be sailing with Carnival unless its a newer boat.

I feel like the quality dropped since our last cruise, lines were ridiculously long for the buffet, servers were nice but making mistakes on drinks and food that was ordered during dinner, for example a lemon drop martini was ordered and was brought the incorrect drink followed by not getting the drink until after we had finished dinner, never receiving a main dish, and on the our last sit down breakfast everyone's food was delivered except the kids who didn't receive his until after everyone else had finished eating.

Pools were heavily guarded on our last day due to waves. Unable to play mini golf due to waves, and the arcade was somewhat expensive when you'd think that would be included.

Their was trash by the elevator on floor 8 that was there from Monday when we boarded the ship to Thursday.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabins are very outdated, think early 90's. Had a hole in a comforter, the whole boat stunk of sewer, every time our toilet was flushed a strong smell of urine flooded our cabin, BLOOD STAINS ON THE LAMP SHADE, the towel hook was rotting out of the way, tv was cracked, their was some kind of gouge on the shelf that had been poorly filled in, and lets not forget the odd green light from my vent that looked like some kind of recording device.
This is now a nickel and dime situation if you didn't purchase first to the fun or stand in line all morning for a number you weren't able to leave the boat until after 1 and had to be back on the boat by 4. If you buy the drink package don't expect it to work on Carnivals private island even though they still use your room key to charge you. Get it together Carnival.
