Review summary

The idea that someone can’t bring a heating pad or something they need for a health reason is ludicrous.

Service was excellent especially our steward she went above and beyond. The infirmary on the other hand did nothing when my wife needed a way to heat her back having had back surgery not long ago. We asked EVERYONE numerous times and no one helped. not a microwave e to heat a towel-nothing.

I agree with Leog 2nd Mate! I bring a CVS Pharmacy with me on every cruise! I use the Theraheat pads as my cruising heating pad! 16 cruises I disgard them in the trash, they work great and don't cause fires!

The good thing is that the info about heating pads was all on the Website before You cruised, so it wasn't Carnival's fault.
