The cabin size was good, but the smell ruined everything. It smelled like sewer the whole trip in our room and on the whole floor.

Ship tip

Bring nose plugs because it smelled like sewer the whole time.

Guys those are old ships they water and sewer systems are ancient carnival is a great budget line but you get what you pay for

That’s my biggest complaint about Carnival. I have never noticed that smell on Royal Caribbean or Celebrity.

Unfortunately, the Freedom was the same way. Complaints to guest services were met with “well we sent someone and they didn’t smell anything, sooooo 🤷🏻‍♀️”.
