People claim chairs by the pool that they don't sit in. Frustrating. Tried to go to fitness center and was told it was closed. I couldn't find the silver jewelry that was supposed to be on sale. The photos were great but extremely expensive.

The room steward was very kind and knowledgeable. He was also extremely attentive and I appreciated his help. He was just a delight. The waiters were all very gracious and thoughtful. The security staff were nice and I was glad to see them on board. The bar tenders were all really cool people. Considerate and helpful.

One mattress was literally broken/crushed in the middle. The room steward wanted to change the bed immediately but I just slept on the other mattress. The lights in the bathroom and the room were not bright enough to do your makeup very well. The closet space was great. Room was fairly quiet. A way to generate white noise would be ideal as ambient sound from the hallway is audible while sleeping.
Ship tip
The departure terminal and self parking instructions are impossible to find on the pre-departure paperwork. The wifi on the ship is horrible, don't bother.
Construction made Nassau port navigation unpleasant. But the scuba diving provider was EXCELLENT! Cant remember name of organization but they were incredibly attentive once on the boat. The process of checking in was terrible (slow, unorganized, they could have had people get there sooner so we didn't have to wait in a long line in the hot sun). But the crew on the boat was exceptional. Very helpful, super safe, just great people. Highly recommend the scuba diving here. They need help organizing their check in or they need to stagger the arrival times of the buses because they were unable to deal with the arrival of 20+ people at once.
Suprisingly easy. Except for the part when I found out I had been enrolled in the facial recognition program against my will. When I pointed this out to a crew person she shrugged it off and put me in another line. The correct response would have been to help me remove my face from the database then and there.
