Review summary

Another ship would probably be a better choice. Considering the fact that the ship has been out of service for over a year, I would have thought that the time would have been used to part and repair.

The embarkation was quick and well-coordinated. The speaker system in the terminal needs upgrading. It was very difficult to understand the announcements.

The main dining experience was fabulous. Our waiter, Jhonathan was fabulous. The buffet experience was a letdown. I purchased the Bottomless Bubbles all you can drink package. They were out of Diet Pepsi every day in the buffet and very often in other venues. There was never any bacon offered for any breakfast.

The maintenance of the room was disappointing. There was a lot of rust in the balcony. The on/off switch for one lamp was missing. To operate the lamp you had to insert your finger into the hole in the lamp to push the contacts. The room of one member of our party the safe, TV remote and refrigerator did not work properly.

We chose the carry your own luggage option to disembark. The process was orderly, quick and efficient. We were off the ship and in our vehicle less than an hour after disembarkation began.

I will adjust my comment. Your travel agent should have filled you in, so you had different expectations or picked another ship.
