This was a quick cruise on a smaller ship was still a fun getaway. MarQ and his staff seem to enjoy their jobs which make them good at it. The weather was a bit chilly being only in the 60s so we didn't get to enjoy the Caribbean weather as much as we would have liked to.
Embarkation

super fast and thorough. We got to the port at our scheduled time and were through processing and on the ship within 20 minutes.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
To be fair we only ate in the main dining room on elegant night and it was a great experience. Our waiter was attentive and fun. I wasn't expecting the staff to perform for us. We don't usually eat in the dining room because we have an 8 year old who cannot sit for the hour long meal. The buffet is always just okay on Carnival, I do wish they had more kid friendly choices and that they changed it up a little.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
The weather wasn't so great this time around so we didn't use the pools but one day and never used the whirlpools. I wish they did have some more family type activities during the daytime.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The shows were great as always. The staff from the entertainment group and fun squad always have so much energy. DJ Tropic did a great job.
Children's Programs

She loves the kids' club and never wants to leave. The staff does an amazing job making the kids feel at home and leading activities.
Service and Staff

Dewa was our room steward and I can't say enough about him and his staff. They do an amazing job and are always attentive. It never ceases to amaze me how they remember our names after just one meeting and quickly get our rooms taken care of.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The Liberty is the smallest ship we have ever sailed on but the layout didn't make it seem squished. It was easy to navigate and well designed. Plus as usual it was always immaculate.
Cabin / Stateroom

Very clean and well kept. The beds are so comfortable and there is plenty of storage and closet space.
This was our 2nd time to Nassau and I would highly recommend doing an excursion for this port. We did the Dolphin Encounter at Balmoral Island. The temperature was only in the low 70s so it wasn't really a beach day so we just did our dolphin encounter which was fun, bought our pictures and headed back to port to do some shopping.
It was a cold day with the temps only in the 60s so we did not go to our Beach resort. There is some shopping you can do right in port but other than that not much to do as it is a shipping port.
