Did you bring your bottle of wine. Per person and canned drinks on embarkation? That is super helpful for the budget conscience.

We pay ala carte. I don't find the prices to be much higher than a nice restaurant or bar at home.

I plan on getting the drink package but was told everyone in the cabin has too as well, my cabin mate does not drink

If you plan to drink more than 5 adult beverages a day the drink package is the way to go.

Glad you enjoyed your cruise! FYI—Carnival’s booze package is cheaper than most lines but a little bit more restrictive. I get my $$ worth buying the package. Their bar prices are only slightly more expensive than getting drinks in a nice restaurant or bar.
