The ship is just OK and our room wasn't very clean, but we enjoyed the food and still had a great time overall.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
I enjoyed the food way more than previous Carnival cruises. Loved Guy's Burger Joint, the BBQ place, the room service pizza, sushi, etc.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
I typically don't do a lot of activities on board, but I do always use the fitness center. This one was pretty small and didn't have a great view (all other ships I've been on, Carnival included, had awesome views from fitness center). I did a couple activities including a Michael's craft, which was just so so (card making).
Entertainment
4 out of 5
DIdn't go to shows, but the live music was great!
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Loved our servers in the dining room and around the ship. Our cabin steward didn't do the best with cleaning our room though.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
The layout honestly seemed weird and cumbersome to get around the boat. And our cabin was the dirtiest we've seen on embarkation day. Clothes left in the drawer, hair in the bathroom, sand on the floor and sticky spots on the counter. We were glad we brought some Clorox wipes.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Room was pretty standard and bed was clean and comfortable. Just not very clean.
Ship tip
Our room was right by elevators off the lobby. Very loud at night! We reported this and they were able to close hall doors to lobby area which solved the problem. They also gave us a $75 credit which we really appreciated.
Enjoyed seeing the Queen's staircase and Fort Fincastle, but really hate the gauntlet of sales people you have to walk through when you exit the port area. Nassau is sort of sketchy so we didn't feel super comfortable walking around the city. I would recommend finding a beach on paradise island to chill at or doing an excursion.
If you want to go outside of port area, you'll need to take a taxi or rent a car. We rented from Bullseye Rentals ahead of time. Got a van for $100 for the day and drove all over the island. Tried to see Lucayan National Park, but it is destroyed from Hurricane Dorian. Still quite a bit of devastation. The people are wonderful, obviously.
