Review summary

My girlfriend slipped and cut her foot on the deck -there was no signage, but that's beside the point.- and when we went to get a bandage in the sickbay they charged us. I also called every person on the phone in order to have someone get her some bandages prior to that because she was bleeding all over and I did not want to get it on anything. NOONE CAME. I have been on several cruises and this was by far the worst both in customer service around the boat and all-inclusive not meaning all-inclusive. I will never choose carnival again and will stick with other companies I've had great experiences with.

You should have known a quick trip to the gift shop was cheaper than going to the ships dr. if you had actually been on a cruise. For future reference...You also could have asked your room steward, some one in the spa, pretty much anyone working on a ship could find a bandaid.

Thanks. We love Royal Caribbean.

I always carry basic first aid items with me. But in your case you could have purchased bandages right on the ship cheaper than going to the clinic.
