Review summary

Our cruise was perfect, but will never book with your company again. I was promised an onboard credit that I did not receive. Carnival waived taxes and fees to make up for your lousy service. Will only book through Carnival from now on!!

With some companies, there is a form YOU have to complete 21 or more days prior to sailing to get your OBC. If you don't read your invoice or have a really good agent, you might not know that.
