I had a horrible experienced my first night after leaving my 9 year twin. I was told right in front of them that I needed to indicate if they have a disability ( they have ADD and are medicate for it) I was shocked because my girls attend a regular school and class and I have never had any issues. I was given a phone and explained that next time if they act up they will call me and girls can no longer attend the club. My girls cried all the way to the cabin and continue to say mom we didn’t do anything. Well they refused to attend the club which pretty much ruined my trip. After 3 days I decided to complain at the customer service desk the nice young lady was shocked about what I said and attempted to call several times to club supervisors but never got any one. I told her I needed to go and get my girls. After this I tried very hard convincing twins to try again and we did I took them and explained to the lady my experienced told her my kids should never have to feel not wanted she asked the girl who was with them that day and the girl said that my girls were never misbehaving that she had no idea who complained to us nor why because my girls were good. My girls told me you see mommy we told that other lady we had ADD and she just didn’t like us but we didn’t do anything. I felt so bad for my girls and was fuming because I could not enjoy my husband or the adult part of the cruise because of this horrible experience.

No explanation on what to do how to do things just a mess had to wait for over an hour just to get off the ship

On these shorter cruises, seems like a quick getaway and party crowd. Did kids try out the children clubs? Ours loved the clubs and wanted to go back.

I found out that shorter cruises are party 101. We won't ever do one of those again.
