The food was great! The buffet was really good- many tasty things and the desserts were fantastic ...gourmet cakes! The deli, guys burgers, and bbq were an added bonus and all excellent! The food was definitely better than ncl and rc!

Pool was very loud and crowded. Adult only pool was great! Only wish it would have also been a “quiet” pool.

I found the ship personnel to be quiet and unfriendly. I am use to rc and ncl where every crew member greets you with a warm smile! On carnival liberty the crew barely looked or spoke to you. When they did speak they were cordial, but nothing beyond that. The salespeople in the Effy store were rude and condescending- they gave you nasty looks when you declined on an overpriced $2000 piece of jewelry! I saw my room steward 2x the entire cruise and didn’t even know his name! There was one friendly crew member on board...she was in the buffet and walked around every meal with a tray of desserts. She always greeted everyone warmly and with a big smile. I think her name was wassama. She should give lessons to the rest of the crew on how to interact with passengers!
