Review summary

We were with our family, so we had a good time. The ship definitely needs to improve on their food quality and cabin cleanliness. The cruise director was very good. He was extremely engaging and brought life to the ship.

Food was mediocre at best. Especially in the dining room, food was never hot and quality was definitely lacking.

Comedian was very good. Singers/dancers were just OK. They put a lot of effort into their performance but singing was off.

Service and Staff

One night the waiter was so terrible, we never returned to the dining room. Room steward was friendly and did an ok job. Cruise director was great.

Ship Quality

Ship's design was fine. Some of the common areas need refurbishing. Elevators all dented/scratched up and tables all scratched up.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin size was fine, but you could see dust in many places, fingerprints on mirrors and windows and cabinet doors. Cabin really needs a thorough cleaning.
