I took this cruise in October and this one in January and the windows on deck 5 are filthy

there were stains in the floor, furniture was damaged, and no one at said anything about room 8430 was right underneath the lido deck where they were banging chairs and tables all day and night we had to ask to change rooms at guest services after we didn't get any sleep the first day
