Review summary

The trip was fine. Not as great as trips we have been on on other cruise lines. I don't think I would use this cruise line again. Nothing was terrible. But then again, nothing was great.

Never ate in the main dining room as we were told even with a reservation there was a 45 minute wait. There was plenty of fast food places that were fine. Nothing great. Buffet served the same food every day.

Onboard Activities

Skipped the pools as there didn't seem to be an adult inly pool. Kids took over the hot tub, so we skipped that as well. Comedy shows were off the chart funny. Only missed 1. Casino did not offer a non smoking are which was annoying. If there were shows to see, the ship did nothing to promote them. There was a British duo singing. Husband loved them. Me, thought they were just OK. It was annoying when they were performing and you could hear a show in the theatre over them or you had to sit in a smoke filled casino to see them.

The only wait staff we encountered was in the Steakhouse. They went out of their way to make us happy. Everyone else I would say was just doing their job. Nothing over the top.

Ship Quality

For the most part everything was kept clean. There was a leak from a room a deck above our and we had to point it out to the staff. which then lead to the closing of our hallway and no way to get to our cabin.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was small. After booking a room for a handicap person and not getting it. Well, I was a tad annoyed. There was only one outlet in the entire room. I had to call guest services for some accomidations and they sent the wrong item. Then at about 10PM they offered to move us to another cabin, only if the other people agreed. Not wanting to put out another disabled person, we declined.
