Review summary
My husband and I would love to point out that the service done to our stateroom by Alberto ...it was exceptional! He took the time to learn our names and greeted us everytime by name with the biggest and brightest smile on his face. He also made such cute animals and little suprises in our room. He made the little things really count and we are beyond grateful that he took such good care of us. The other person we want to give a HUGE Thank you to who made our stay memorable is Polina from guest services. She made us feel so welcome aboard. We were able to bond over our daughters name and she really made us feel special. Everyone else was wonderful but Alberto and Polina really made our trip one to remember.
