Review summary

My husband and I would love to point out that the service done to our stateroom by Alberto ...it was exceptional! He took the time to learn our names and greeted us everytime by name with the biggest and brightest smile on his face. He also made such cute animals and little suprises in our room. He made the little things really count and we are beyond grateful that he took such good care of us. The other person we want to give a HUGE Thank you to who made our stay memorable is Polina from guest services. She made us feel so welcome aboard. We were able to bond over our daughters name and she really made us feel special. Everyone else was wonderful but Alberto and Polina really made our trip one to remember. Thank you so very much!

It was our 1st night On our second cruise our room steward was down the hall cleaning rooms and I walked to my room door to go inside and the steward yells across the hall “Hi Jennifer!” I was in complete shock and my husband comes up behind me and says she’s talking to you And then she yells “Hi Hector!” We both then yelled hello back but I was just in total shock and wondering how the heck she remember our names on the 1st day! She kept our rooms super clean and always made sure we didn’t need anything. She also gave my children their own sign and sail card necklaces. We love carnival!

I was on the Liberty this past week and had Alberto as well. He was phenomenal! He always made sure we had any and everything we could possibly need or want.
