Review summary

We had a blast, but have determined that 4 day cruises are just too short for us. It seemed like we were always doing something, and there was no real time to relax. But that's no fault of the ship or her crew. They go out of their way to make you feel special, and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We had fttf. We were dropped off at port at 1015, went through security, got our on board account set up, and sat down to wait by 1040. The ship was cleared and we were on board and in our room by 1115.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
There was a line for the wok, but the chefs were efficient and polite. We didn't eat at the buffet but once, it was delicious and plentiful. We LOVED the main dining room. We went for breakfast, brunch, and all of our dinners. We had anytime dining, so we didn't keep the same wait staff, but they were all so sweet and attentive.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
All of the activities we were interested in were on the sea day. There weren't very many shows, but what was available was awesome. We absolutely loved Flick.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The performers, the fun squad and Donkey the cruise director were on point every time. :)

Easiest terminal we've travelled through so far.

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves at The Grand Lucayan.

Nassau, Bahamas

Breezes was okay. Seemed a little overpriced and the buffet was kinda meh.

Disembarkation

Super fast and organized. We were off the ship by 730. If you're planning on using a shuttle, please know that GoPortCanaveral will not leave until their bus is full, and it's a large bus.

I totally agree! 4 days is just too short. The least I will do now is 5, but prefer more!!!

martinmanorsurplus—-how did you manage that? Lol. That sounds like the kind of cruise that I would love!!

I agree... 3 and 4 day cruises are just party cruises and not worth the time or money. Ill wait and do 7+ days... and for the money... I find the 12-14 day TA cruises the BEST !! Our last 14 day TA cruise had 3 port day and the rest sea days.. so plenty of time to relax and enjoy the ocean and all the ship had to offer!! Best of all, that cruise was less than $900 pp and included the drink package and Internet.
