First time cruise and I want to do more. Cruise director Donkey was amazing. Staff everywhere was very friendly. Lots of interesting activities on the ship, room clean and comfortable.

I had faster to the fun. I was on board around 11:15. The room was ready and I was able to go directly have lunch. Process was very easy and quick.

Food at Lido was good. Pizza pirate also good.
The dinners in the main dining room were also good. I loved that I could order as many dishes as I wanted. The staff was great. I travelled solo and had requested fixed seating-early dinner. On the first night I found out that I had been assigned to a table with only one other person who did not show up. I was a bit disappointed at that; I mentioned to my waiter and the maitre D that I had hoped to be with other people at dinner to chat and meet some new people. I was pleasantly surprised the following morning to find a note in my room saying that they had moved me to a new table, which had 4 people of my own age. It is really an excellent customer service that they thought to move me and made sure to put me with people of my own age. I really felt that they wanted me to have a good time and take care of me.
Onboard Activities

I loved the activities that were on the ship: Serenity deck, love and marriage show, trivias, 80's trivia, motown party, hairy-chest contest, etc. I never felt bored.
The app was very useful to keep track of what was going on.
Spa Carnival

I booked a massage which was pricey but good. However, I did not like my experience at the end when, after the massage, I felt a lot of pressure to buy their treatments to fix my "problems", which I was not comfortable with. I understand that they want to sell their products, but the way they talk to you about it made me feel like a "loser" that did not want to take care of myself if I didn't listen to them and buy their treatments.

It was my first cruise ever so I can't really compare to anything else, but I travel frequently and I have stayed in many hotels, but I was blown away that the waiters, room steward, all knew my name and were able to recognize me anywhere. It really made me feel appreciated. Ketut, the room steward on 7th deck, was so friendly and very professionnal.
Ship Quality

I can't really compare to other cruises but I thought the ship was clean. Someone dropped their plate on the Lido buffet one time and staff was there in seconds to clean it.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was very spacious, more than I expected. Same for bathroom. I was afraid the shower would be very tight and not have room to move around, but it definitely was larger than I expected. Also, it was easy to get to 9th and 10th decks to Lido and get outside, by using the stairs which were nearby. The room was also very quiet. I definitely would take a cabin again in that area.
I booked an excursion to go to Paradise cove-deadman's reef. the resort was well-kept and I had nice snorkeling there. I definitely recommend it (you need to book on their website).
I was not harassed by vendors. I walked a lot around, was not bothered once. I took the Carnival excursion "Ultimate Island Snorkel & Beach Safari " which I found was also nice (small group, boat captain funny and friendly).
