The food was bland in the dining room and buffet. Very Very crowded and long waiting for dining room. Guy's burger bar was great as well as the Blue Iguana & the Pizza

Room steward made me sign a time he was to come in 5-9pm for turn down service and he came in the morning!! Our shower drain water didn't go down, we had cob webs in our room. Our room smelled like sewage and lighter fluid!!! Most of all the beds were hard!

You went on either a 3 or 4 day cruise with Liberty and what you are getting is a crowd looking for a decent priced getaway for the family, so naturally you will get larger families and crowding. The longer the cruise the smaller the family size and less "party" minded people. I echo other statements here, if you have a problem with crowds, cruising isn't for you. You cannot put 2-4k people on a ship and expect there to be no lines or no chaos whatsoever, be realistic. Sorry you had a not so enjoyable experience, but perhaps it's just not your thing.

We did the liberty in August and are going again this July. There was a little issue with the drain in the shower but they rectified it immedietly. All staff was amazing to us! The kids club was awesome. If you do not like big crowds cruising is not for you. The bigger the ship the more people!

All you had to do was tell your steward when you wanted him to clean your room call customer service and they will have someone to fix the problem but it is easier to complain because you didn't do anything try Disney they will kiss you every morning but bring your check book
