I was truly amazed at how organized the embarkation process was. The lines moved quickly and everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Unfortunately, we were unable to dine in the main dining room. The dining room was located in the rear of the ship and the motion from the sea was so bad, that eating there was not an option for us. However, the buffet, Guys burgers and the pizza place were available most of the time. The food was good and there was a nice selection to choose from.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We really enjoyed the shows during our cruise. We were lucky to have 2 - The cast did a nice job and they kept everyone entertained. There were violinists in the main area of the ship. They played a wide variety of songs and It was a pleasure to sit and listen to them. The pools were kept very nice - there were plenty of chairs available on the decks for laying in the sun and there was plenty of staff to get drinks for everyone.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our cruise director - TJ - did an awesome job. He was full of energy and got everyone involved. You can tell he really loves his job!! Our room steward was always available for anything we needed. She did a nice job and actually knew us all by name. All of the staff on our cruise were kind, efficient and helpful. They all spoke to everyone and always said hello.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The entire ship was kept extremely clean - not an easy thing to do with 3000 people on board - but they somehow managed to keep everything nice.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of our cabin. There was loads of space for everyone's luggage - I loved the little dressing area with the mirror. The bathroom was full size and very spacious. The balcony was perfect for sitting outside - I would absolutely get the same size room for future cruises.

Ship tip

I wish someone would have told my family about the dizziness you feel after the cruise is over. My husband used the patch on the cruise and was fine while on board. I do not typically experience motion sickness or dizziness - but for 5 days after the cruise was over - we were all still having episodes of dizziness.

Was not thrilled by all the commotion of people trying to sell us stuff. Beach was ok - water was nice and sand was soft. Thought it would be more island like. Took a boat to blue lagoon for the dolphin encounter. Was very pretty there - had a really good time.

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

Island was beautiful!!!! Very well taken care of.

Disembarkation
