Everyone did an awesome job. Our cruise director was Chris "donkey" Salazar. He was great. He was not over the top or trying too hard. My brother and his girlfriend got engaged and Donkey helped the the moment up perfectly.

Service and Staff

Our waiters Isabelo, Andy and Anaola were fantastic! They knew our names and took the time to get to know us, even If it was a short cruise. Our room steward I-Made worked extra hard to help us feel at home, and he made us laugh every time my family and I saw him. We also loved our ship photographer Andiry. Excellent pictures and truly professional type lighting that we went back the next day specifically to have him take more photos of us.

We loved Atlantis, however, I gave it three stars because the staff the water park came off a rude and standoffish. I thought I was the only one, but the rest of my family had commented about it as well.

Disembarkation

There was some confusion at the end. We purchased faster for the fun and were instructed to meet at the theatre at a certain time, but when we got there they told us that the located moved to another deck. This was a little frustrating but otherwise was a seamless experience. I was surprised to see Donkey at the exit shaking everyone's hands and wishing them well.
