Review summary

I feel cabin attendants and dining room servers are given too many cabins/tables to provide efficient and friendly service. It took a long time before the cabin attendant came by. He advised us to call guest relations and room service for things he could and finally did do. Very long wait between courses at dinner, two courses served at the same time, no ground pepper, no napkins placed on lap, no offer of coffee with dessert, and very little or rushed interaction.

I had a similar experience in the dinning room and we stoppex eating there. Had very long wait to the point the guy in the suite who walks around had to get our food. I had to track down our waiter for coffee. Also when he brought cream it was spoiled not once but 3 times. Our Cabin steward I never saw her and after day 2 took the blue towls and never returned them.. I have had them place napknis on my lap but in the steakhouse..

Need someone to put their napkin on their lap? No thank you. I would rather do it myself. There sre some people who can never be pleased. It sounds like they had a problem with their room too that the room steward did not take care of fast enough

They said there was no ground pepper. Maybe, just maybe it was whole pepper and they lacked the skills to operate the pepper mill. 😂 😃 😆

I absolutely hate it when there is no ground pepper. I demand FRESHLY ground pepper!! 1-star from me (lol)

Been on 6 Carnival cruises, can't say I've ever had anything even close to what he's talking about. I know the staff work their butts off, however we have never been rushed or mistreated in any way.

This person wasn't mean or distasteful about His review. He seemed kind of concerned about the amount of work piled onto the workers. I think we've all seen our cabin stewards and waiters working their asses off. They get tired.

We all complain about something. Even though this is probably a fake review, some of these complaints are justified in my opinion
