Review summary

I was very pleased with the cruise. Never cruised Carnival before. I had heard it was a party ship. We were surprised at how nice it was and really enjoyed ourselves!

All of our dining experiences were great! On our first day we met Hermawan at the buffet. He was selling wine packages and we ended up dining every evening and most breakfasts in the Golden Olympian restaurant at his table. What a treat!!!! He and his team were very attentive and made us feel very special.

Onboard Activities

Pools, hot tugs (those jets!!!!!) and lounging on the deck were all great!

Really great entertainment! Loved the shows and Donkey was amazing!!!!! the violin trio was top notch!

shingaling, 8 cruises too, and same here. I do like the pool area, but never experienced the partiers. Sometimes after Cozumel, but it is brief. Once out looking for our son, the ship was HOPPIN'! With families on the lido, but we were not effected, haven been tucked in our cabin.

I've never found carnival to have a bunch of partiers. We don't hang out by the pool area very much, so im sure we miss a lot of party activity there. And we're not night owls. But in all my cruises I've never seen anyone out of line with their drinking, just people having fun.
