Review summary
This was my fiancé and our first cruise experience and it was amazing. Everything went so smoothly and their was not a single thing that was flawed. We had purchased Faster to the Fun (FTTF) and was worth every penny making you feel like a true VIP. Embarking and disembarking was very simple and easy. Again, no flaws in our trip, even when I got sick from heat exhaustion and improper hydrating; the ships medical center took ultimate care of my well-being and was back to normal that same day. It was just an interesting and unexpected experience having to visit the sick bay. In order to truly enjoy a vacation you have to accept the unexpected. Our room steward Mark was absolutely incredible and his hospitality was over the top. The crew in general was exceptionally friendly. The ship being 13 years old was in excellent condition even though it is true from one review of pungent smells in certain areas of the ship but overall the ships decor and quality was beautiful. This trip being our first time out of the country decided to go basic and small so the Bahamas was a general choice. We weren't disappointed with Nassau it was a nice port (be aware of where you go though in Nassau) and compared to Freeport which wasn't as nice. Visiting the Bahamas was definitely an experience and a life lesson on our lifestyle. This cruise was definitely one epic and enjoyable vacation. Carnival is a great line for the young and people who want to have fun and live a little. Despite the mishaps of Carnivals past disasters; things happen but this trip surely has made us Carnival cruise fans and would love to sail with them again!

We were off the ship by nearly 7:50-8:00 with FTTF. As for your Sail & Sign Account you can add a debit or credit card onto the account. Onboard and onshore expenses racked up to almost $900 for us. We were on the ship 4 days. As I've been told you should put an equivalent amount or more onto your Sail & Sign account that you paid for the cruise but again it depends on your finances and how much you think you'll spend. Like for us a trip to the medical center was unexpected and expensive that cost nearly $400 for visiting the doctor, testing, and IV drip.
