Review summary
Best part of the cruise was the good quality and variety of the food in the buffets, the dining room and the individual service areas for pizza, deli etc. the shows were ok, although electrical issues caused 20 min delay on one show. The customer service through guest services was sub standard. When battery died in the door key lock to our room,we stood outside our room for an hour waiting and dealing with several different people to get inside and for the battery to be replaced, as a result missed check in for our flight next day, and missed an activity we had planned to attend. Internet was terrible, paid the 16.00 for 24 hours and it did NOT work to any quality for more than 5 or 10 min then cut out. Disembarkation took 2 hours, it was not well managed, and each time we tried to reach out to guest services, there was 10-20 people in line with only 2 staff working.

Ship tip
food is good, photos are costly, make sure you check extra activities for added costs, we attended an afternoon tea and got charged 8.00 for tea bags, lol and were NOT told it was paid activity, and tea bags are free all over the ship, felt tricked, it was not about the 8.00
