I suggest Scheduling for the first night. That definitely won’t interfere with elegant night which is never on the first night and also you will get a complimentary bottle of wine which is offered on the first night dining only.

I recommend the first night. The second night is elegant night.

Stake House recommend pre pay on line better price and the first might you get complimentary bottle of wine and if you dont finish wine you can take back to cabin excelent food.

I typed in Carnival Liberty steakhouse menu in my browser and it downloads the menu. Not sure of the accuracy but will give you an idea.

The elegant night is on the 2nd night (Sea Day) for the Liberty.

The menu in the main dining room doesn’t change much night to night so as far as “ missing something“ on the menu i don’t see that really being a problem
