You can go into Manage Booking on the website to purchase it or you can purchase it on board, however, it's often cheaper if you purchase it prior to getting on the ship. Also, depending on the length of the cruise you may be able to purchase it on the second day of the cruise as well for a reduced price. Typically everyone in the room 21 years older has to purchase it.
