That’s a NO but not only Carnival! But ALL cruise ships! Not sure when they changed rules but they did! As mentioned here I as well bring the small travel size Downey Wrinkle Spray. Walmart has it so do many drug stores!! Also hint. Take out of suitcase asap hang spray. When you get to showering spray again hang in bathroom for steam!

Yes and no. Yes you can bring it but it will be confiscated as it is a forbidden item: Electrical appliances: Irons, clothes steamers, immersion heaters, heating blankets, water heaters, coffee machines, hot plates, toasters, heating pads, and humidifiers. If you bring a forbidden item on a Carnival cruise, the cruise line will likely confiscate the item and may not return it to you, depending on the severity of the item and the port you're departing from; in most cases, you can retrieve your confiscated items at a designated area on the last day of your cruise before disembarking.

Carnival has self launderettes on cabin decks. On the Liberty they are across from cabins 7341, 8351, 6387, 2365, and 1357. Easy to find on internet.

Launderette has washer dryer and irons

No you can not. They will confiscate it if you try. There are laundry facilities on most floors or you can give it to your room steward and they will get it done for you for a fee.
