Grand Buffet on Carnival Liberty

We only ate at the buffet for Breakfast. Long and slow lines but there were so many options on food choices. Even my extremely picky son found choices for himself!

Felt like cafeteria food. No exotic options or attempt at a immersive culinary experience. It was literally fried chicken, mashed potatoes and pot roast. With your typical salads, breads and miscellaneous items that offer no flavors or fusions or attempt to share passion. This was my biggest disappointment coming from a culinary background myself.

Amazing variety of food. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly and I didn't see them run out of anything. The buffet bar and dining areas were always kept clean and there was plenty of seating.
