This was a nice cruise. Carnival Legend is a pretty ship. It had to be one of the cleanest ships we’ve been on. Service and food were great. Bermuda is absolutely beautiful. I think Bermuda has taken the lead for our favorite island so far..

We only went to one comedy show and comedian was funny. We didn’t attend any shows but the musicians that played around the ship were very good.

We chose your time dining. Mary Rose, I Wayan and Arya ( not sure I spelled his name correctly)were excellent. Our steward was great also. We experienced excellent customer service. We mistakenly booked an interior room right under the Red Frog Pub and the music from the pub was super loud in our room. We called customer service and they sent someone to our room to hear for themselves. They upgraded us to an ocean view room on the opposite side at no charge and gave us a $50 bottle of wine in the dining room the following night.

@willwork4cruz we asked if we could be moved and we were willing to pay if we had to. We were surprised that they had a room and moved us for free when clearly it was our mistake. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated that. Customer service on this ship in our opinion was outstanding.
