We would definitely do this cruise itinerary again with Carnival. The experience of a lifetime!

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The main dining rooms were well-lit, beautifully decorated and the food was outstanding. The highlights for us were the lobster, beef carpaccio, and the cheese plate.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Fitness center, the mini golf, and just strolling the upper decks.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
We loved the PG rated comedy options and the Caribbean music duo. The downers were the rock shows which were painfully loud (we had to leave).
Children's Programs
4 out of 5
They loved the activities. I only gave 4 stars because the teens were allowed to roam the ship without any supervision after they were checked in, and several groups went around the ship being obnoxious and loud.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
They were all excellent! Daria, Welly, and Obaja were attentive, personable and fast with their service.
Ship Quality

Love it! Very clean. Best ship we've sailed on yet.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
It was very comfortable and clean. The mattresses were wonderfully soft.
We will be back to GC!! The people are so friendly and helpful! We loved 7 mile beach and the snorkeling. Saw lots of snapper, jacks, damsel fish, grunts and wrasses.
At first I was bothered that we had to sign up for a time to begin our reef exploration, but afterwards I saw the wisdom in staggering groups to make sure the route wasn't too congested. The lunch was great, and the snorkeling was outstanding!!! Saw moray eels, wrasses, damsel fish, tons of parrot fish, trumpet fish, and lots of needle fish. Go to the far side buoy on the left! There's a huge drop-off down into the abyss that is breathtaking. Just watch out for the sharp coral formations along the route.
Too many high-pressure salespeople inside and outside the terminal. Did get in some good, free snorkeling near the El Cid Hotel, though. There's free access point just up the road from there.
