Hello, for Inaugural ceremonies & events prior to guest boarding, cruise lines typically invite travel agents/advisors, partners, media etc. However, since Jubilee’s arrival will be such a momentous occasion for Texas, this very well could possibly change to a public event. With that being said, if you do happen to be a content creator of any sort, I’d recommend contacting Carnival’s media department to let them know you’re interested in the event and for them to consider inviting you onboard or to the event to cover it. However, since you mentioned you’ll be onboard the Inaugural voyage I’m sure there will be some type of special inaugural ceremony/event for the guests to see.
