Once we disembarked we were able to get friendly advice to get to our excursion. Our tour guide was very good and informative to the La Bufordora blowhole.

Have taken this ship and this trip 3 times. Off and on so easy didnt wait at any time. Catalina was a breeze to disembark as was ensenada. Parking deck is in front of the building so dont know why it coukdnt be found.

I did notcare for this ship either. But love to cruise and love carnival. Try another ship. A larger one and newership.The issues you experiencing onboard, I had with this ship as well. Try one more time. Remember... you do get what you pay for...

We took the cruise a few years ago so my husband could get a taste of cruising. It was OK but we don’t do less than a 7 day cruise now and prefer 9-12 days. Try another cruise (ship and or cruise line).

I wouldn’t judge an entire cruise line by a short cruise on an older ship during one of the busiest times of year. Try a longer itinerary on a newer ship during the off season for a better experience.
